Our Story
The traditional MSP model has failed small and midsize businesses. Too many providers prioritize their own margins over the customer’s long-term outcomes. Security is treated as an afterthought, infrastructure is maintained but rarely improved, and most SMBs are left believing they’re too small to be a target. That mindset is dangerous. We’ve seen what happens when businesses wait too long to care.
This company was built out of a desire to work with people who want to know more, who want to push for better, and who are willing to invest in doing things right. After nearly three decades in infrastructure, consulting, Federal environments, and time with a major security vendor, returning to this space feels like coming home. It’s a selfish decision too, to stay sharp, stay technical, and build something that puts expertise and trust back in the same room.
Leadership here isn’t about hierarchy. It’s about showing up with skill, honesty, and a drive to do better. With over 25 years in the field, experience spans ISPs, value-added resellers, Federal environments, and enterprise security. This isn’t theory, it’s decades of hands-on work with real networks, real risks, and real consequences.
